Experience the premiere of the Urbachtaler Knödelei with appetizer and dessert! Heiko and Kai will twist dumplings until you drop and blow your socks off with a variety of dumpling dishes based on recipes from Kai’s mom and from Heiko’s immeasurable mental cookbook. It’s not for nothing that Heiko has gathered years of experience around the globe and, of course, also spent a lot of time in the Alps!
