Seyed ready dear medieval friends!

Our popular medieval spectacle “GITZ Anno 1380” is taking place again this year.

We are very much looking forward to taking our guests on a journey through the history of the Gitzenweiler Hof, which dates back to the 14th century.

A world full of brave knights, jesters, legends and all kinds of wild folk await you this weekend.

Note for visitors: If you would like to visit the medieval festival as a Lindau resident or visitor from the region, please make sure you use the
Lindau city bus
. Line 4 takes you from ZUP directly to the Gitzenweiler Hof stop every half hour and of course back again.

from 16:00 Camp life and market stalls on our Animatonswiese.
17:30 Fun children’s dancing with the GITZ Gaukeley team with dances from the modern era on the GITZ show stage.
6:00 p.m. Seyed uns Willkommen, aufmerktet und schauet! Official opening at the GITZ show stage followed by a parade across the square to Gitzenweiler.
8:00 pm Jugglers & buffoons – The minstrels of the fire dragons offer grotesque-comic juggling and a mystical-magical fire theater on the GITZ show stage.

10:00 am Fun children’s dancing with dances from the modern era to start the day on the animation meadow with the GITZ Gaukeley team.
10:30 a.m. Medieval procession through the Gitzenweiler farmstead with the noble knights, their escorts and the foot soldiers of the GITZ. Meet at the elephant.
11-17 h Camp life with many colorful hands-on stations
11:00 am Sporty hopping on the water. Aqua-Fit with music for everyone aged 14 and over. Meet at the pool.
11 a.m. – 5 p.m. play stations animation team (12.30 – 2 p.m. lunch break)
11/14/16 hrs Belly dancing workshop for all young and old damsels, juggler and knight workshop for all young and old knights, both on the animation meadow, free of charge and without registration
2-4 p.m. Colorful children’s face painting in front of the GITZ Treff at the GITZ team.
17:00 Story time at the GITZ Treff. Listen to great fairy tales and travel with us to the Middle Ages.
17:30 Fun children’s dancing with the GITZ Gaukeley team on the GITZ show stage.
18:00 Belly dance performance with the participants of the workshops on the GITZ show stage.
18:30 Juggler and jester show on the GITZ show stage at the Elefanten with buffoons and comic jugglers.
19:30 Sale of lights for the candlelight procession at the GITZ Treff, € 1,00/candle.
20:00 Torchlight and candlelight procession. Meeting point at the GITZ Treff.
21:00 The Fire Dragon Show. Spectacular fire dancers and games with fire on the GITZ show stage.

10-12 a.m. Camp life with many colorful hands-on stations.
11:00 a.m. Jugglers – spectacle and all sorts of fun things and farewell with a show fight of the Feuerdrachen Bodensee at the show stage. Enjoy the spectacle!
17:00 Punch and Judy show at the GITZ Treff / 5 euros per person. See the information board.
