The "House of Rivers" was officially opened as part of BUGA 2015. It is the NATURA 2000 information center of the Middle Elbe Biosphere Reserve in the north of Saxony-Anhalt. Its unusual architectural style, the multimedia permanent exhibition with 27 information stations on habitats worthy of protection, plant and animal species in the Elbe-Havel region and its attractive outdoor area with renatured Havel branch, newly created The river island and water playground delighted tens of thousands of guests during the BUGA in Havelland.
