From July 9-16, 2023, we’ll be celebrating Health Week here – an event that appeals equally to wellness enthusiasts, athletes and anyone who aspires to a healthy lifestyle.

Experience the healing power of nature and improve your well-being during our health week. A week of activities, workshops and demonstrations focused on health and wellness.

Sunday, July 9, 2023 – Opening and Art Exhibition | Health Week begins with a reflective church service and official opening ceremony. This is followed by various artistic events and consultations related to Kneipp applications.

Monday, July 10, 2023 – Zumba | Invigorate your body and mind with a rousing Zumba session. Prior registration is required.

Wednesday, July 12, 2023 – Meditation and Practical Exercises | Find inner peace and balance through a guided meditation. In the afternoon, practical exercises on the theme of Kneipp will be offered.

Thursday, July 13, 2023 – Health Hiking | Explore nature around Neukirchen with a guided health hike.

Friday, July 14, 2023 – Water Treatments Workshop | Learn the practice and benefits of water treatments, led by a certified Kneipp consultant.

Saturday, July 15, 2023 – Active Day for Kids and Kneipp Course | A day of fun and learning with activities for kids and a course on the five pillars of Kneipp.

Sunday, July 16, 2023 – T’ai Chi and Reading | Close out the week with a calming T’ai Chi session and an entertaining reading by students from Steinwald School.
