In the middle of Bulgaria, in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains and in the wellness capital of the Balkan region Velingrad, you will find the Thermal Camping Resort Velingrad. Probably the only campsite with mineral water from hot springs. This comes from one of the largest natural heat sources in the region. The campsite is located a 15-minute walk from the center of Velingrad and is surrounded by unique forest and natural vegetation. In this way we create a great feeling of privacy and silence, created by nature. The Camping Resort Velingrad covers an area of 6 hectares and offers 36 pitches for campers, caravans and tents. The pitches range from 8 x 7 m to 9 x 7 m, partly overgrown with grass, partly graveled and wavy – so that no vehicle or motorhome gets stuck in the mud when it is raining or snowing. All pitches are fully equipped with sockets (up to 1.50 kW) and water connection.
