At a glance

This is what awaits you on this route:

  • Idyllic motorhome parking spaces in the Elbe valley
  • High quality wellness providers
  • Cycling and hiking tours through the Elbe valley

This route takes you from the thermal brine and mud spa Bad Wilsnack via the Elbe town of Wittenberge to the idyllic Lenzerwische. Let your mind wander, cycle or hike through the vast landscape – in Prignitz you can really relax from hectic everyday life. Saunas, classic massages, Ayurveda, Thalasso treatments or medical wellness, everything is possible – the hosts are always creating new arrangements that ideally combine wellness offers and nature experiences.

The start and starting point of the tour is the spa town of Bad Wilsnack, which has been a mud spa for 91 years and a thermal brine spa for 17 years. The spacious motorhome parking space is located directly at the Kristall-, Kur- and Gradier-Therme and is an ideal starting point for exploring tours. Experience water & warmth in the Kristall-Therme: The salt lake with 24% brine is unique in Germany. Take a deep breath when walking around the graduation tower. In the nearby Karthanepark you can train your personal fitness or just let your mind wander. An impressive testimony to the past is the Wunderblutkirche with the Wunderblutschrein from the 15th century. You can combine a visit to the church with a stroll through the old town with its lovingly restored half-timbered houses.

We continue to Wittenberge, the city on the Elbe. Two parking spaces await you here, one at the Nedwighafen, located directly on the Elbe, and the second at the Alte Ölmühle, a historic place with impressive use and redesign, including its own brewery, wellness center, diving and climbing tower, very good restaurant also with vegan options Specialties and active programs, such as canoe tours on the Elbe. Let yourself be pampered in the Loft Spa of the Elbe Resort Alte Ölmühle. You can relax on the roof terrace at a height of 15 m with a view of the Elbe, whereby the panorama sauna with a view of the Elbe is the absolute highlight.

See beaking storks or feel easily watched by a white-tailed eagle at lofty heights as you continue your journey through the Prignitz Elbe valley in the direction of Lenzen through the Lenzerwische to Unbranded. Meadows characterize the picture here, only interrupted by half-timbered houses and idyllic villages. Welcome to the Alte Hof am Elbdeich. A farm from 1823 located directly on the Elbe dike with a really cozy restaurant, natural, regional cuisine in the rhythm of the seasons and a wellness department. An ideal end point of your little wellness trip through the Prignitz.
