Visit the museum at the graduation house and see how the strong Salzung brine is extracted from a depth of 150 meters. Experience how our master boilermaker extracts pure evaporated salt from it over the fire. While it steams from the boiling pan, you will learn a lot of interesting facts about 1200 years of saltworks and Pfänner history in Bad Salzungen. We are looking forward to your visit!
