The Urbachtalburgers are juicy and perfectly fried and garnished with lollo bianco, tomato, cheese, crispy bacon, onion and delicious sauce. If you like a good portion of meat the American way, try our super tender spare ribs – marinated with Urbachtal special seasoning. We also offer various barbecue sauces from homemade to classic smoky.

Would you like a cool blonde with that? We have freshly tapped, regional Helles and ice-cold soft drinks that go perfectly with the barbecue. Wine lovers will also find what they are looking for on our menu, as we offer the legendary Schappert wines.

However, our American barbecue buffet offers more than just burgers and spare ribs. We also have a wide selection of delicacies such as cabbage and bean salad, crispy green salad and potato wedges as well as Farm Fries. Onion rings, chilli con carne, sour cream, nachos and potato sausage round off the buffet.

On request, we also serve vegetarian burgers if ordered in advance.
