For everyone in Germany
The region around Kassel with its various mountains is very easy to reach. In the west attracts the Sauerland with its highest point of North Rhine-Westphalia and the two campsites in Meschede and Winterberg.
From there it is only a cat jump into the „Waldecker Land“, known for the lake „Edersee“, where the campsites
in Bad Arolsen, Wolfhagen and Fritzlar invite for a stay.
Further south we reach Neukirchen in the „Knüllgebirge“ and Alsfeld with its wonderful half-timbering old town. Driving on highway 4 we reach the „Rhön“, where we find the campsite in Bad Salzungen next to the graduation house.
To the north we reach Eschwege, Heilbad Heiligenstadt and Witzenhausen before we reach the Weserbergland north of Kassel. Where the rivers Fulda and Werra kiss, not only the river Weser is being built at „Weserstein“ but also the campsite Hann. Münden. Further down the river we leave the gentle peaks of the Weserbergland on the right and left and spend the night in Bad Karlshafen and in Lauenförde in idyllic nature.
And because these mid-mountains are not enough for us we are still traveling with the mobile home to the „Harz“ where you can find the highest mountain in northern Germany. Not far from the mountain „Brocken“ the well-equipped campsite in Braunlage invites you to a last night on this hilly tour.
