The site opened in July 2025. Over 100 RV pitches and seven glamping lodges are nestled in the magical setting of the Franconian Forest. Guests can expect a high-quality experience thanks to the services and amenities offered by the glamping park.
Perfect conditions for a family vacation: The glamping park has its own private access to the amusement park with a variety of rides and live shows. All attractions are easily accessible throughout the day, and the restaurants in the western town extend their opening hours specifically for glamping park guests. Additionally, a special family program with activities for all ages is planned for the 2026 season.
Thanks to its central location on one of Germany’s most important north-south highways (A3/A73), the Glamping Park Schloss Thurn offers mobile travelers a comfortable overnight stay. The spacious pitches (70 to 120 square meters) are equipped with electrical hookups and Wi-Fi. Guests will find private restrooms, and the surrounding area is dog-friendly. A bouncy castle and a wide range of recreational activities round out the offerings. Those seeking extra luxury can rent one of the seven glamping lodges built on stilts, each with its own beds and private restrooms.
