First Camp Åhus-Kristianstad is located outside Kristianstad on the east coast of Skåne, surrounded by wide beaches, picturesque forests and quiet lakes. Åhus has been a popular seaside resort since the late 18th century, when thousands of people traveled each year to enjoy the long, white sandy beaches.
The campsite has a large wellness area, children’s playground and a restaurant. Åhus center can be reached quickly with a walk or a bike ride, and there are many interesting destinations in the region, including Åhus Museum with the exhibition “Absolut Vodka”, Ales stones, medieval Glimmingehus castle in Simrishamn, Kivik apple country, “Wallanders Ystad” and the Tosselilla adventure park.
