This was declared the first German star park, because here you can see thousands of shooting stars, the stars and the Milky Way clearly on the Perseid nights. The nature and animal world is just as worth seeing, eagles, raccoon dogs, as well as the great bustard, which is threatened with extinction, are still at home here.
